Form Field in Subject Line
I'm sure this is simple (if it can be done).

When someone fills out and submits a form on my site, an email with the form's information gets sent to the proper rep. I'm looking for a way to include a field (ie: company_name) from the form in the subject line of the email that gets sent to the rep.

Any help is greatly appreciated- thanks!
