Track Changes tool for Web site collaboration

I'm a Web producer about to start a project that entails several people collaborating on the content of a site (mostly text revisions). I'm in need of a tool similar to the "track changes" function in Microsoft Word, only it needs to be for Web pages instead of documents. Is there such a thing?

As our site contains hundreds of pages, we would like to avoid copy/pasting everything into Word and then back into HTML, or printing it out and then marking it up by hand.

Somebody suggested Diigo.com as a solution but I don't think that quite suits our needs. We need to be able to change text and allow others to see those changes. Ideally, this would be a Web-based tool.

Any ideas?

Perhaps Copernic Tracker might be more in line with what you are looking for. Here is a list of its features. Ideally, everyone on your team should have a copy of the program.
I’ll keep searching to see if there’s anything better out there.

Thanks, Abajan, it looks like an interesting tool. However, it seems that it would be useful when monitoring other people's Web sites to see what's new. I need something that allows us to modify our own Web pages, then have those pages be reviewed by others on our staff. The reviewers would then be able to quickly see what changes have been made, and then perhaps approve them or make additional changes as well.
