Virtual Classroom [help]

I have partnered with someone that is working on making a website that is used to teach english to students. I really like the adobe connect pro software and wiziq online software. My issues is that I don't want remotly hosted software. I am looking for software that is downloadable and installable on your own server. The software would be used for teachers and students. The teachers would have access to there own class room. They would be able to setup the class times. All classes would have to be recored. Voice and audio chats are a requirement. The more the marrier.

If anyone can help then let me know that would be great.

All the features and functionality are available on Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro. You can do this on a on-premise solution.

This is not what I really want. In the post I stated it is remotly hosted not locally hosted like I want. As for the other post. I will look into them. Thanks for the links.

Now I need more help on this project. My one issue now is that I need a live chat like userplain but without the viruses that userplain has in its ad system and I do not want it remotly hosted. It does have to be flash. I am not a fan of java when it comes to web applications. It is very slow and has issues.

If anyone can help that would be great. Thanks for all the help so far.
