Bad kids site design ideas?

Hi, Here is a preveiw of general layout idea.

#1 wanted picwith room full of bad kids comical type based on whats there. I also was going to have a brief description of site on the left where it says coming soon. The maroon was going to be for links.

#2 I thought it to be more practical to have email login where it says coming soon. Also have a pic logo at the top instead of just words. I could then get rid of the school pic and have desription there instead.

I have an idea for logo but needs some talented p/s person. Work will be rewarded with text links.

Primarly this will be a game cheater site with categories added later.

I need any input so far as ideas one and two and also what reaction would be if you were to visit page first time looking for cheat codes. Also ideas to make it better.
