Site entirely done in Flash

I have a client who's entire site was done in flash. There's no animation so I'm not sure why it was done this way. He doesn't know either. He just took what his site designer gave him.

I'm trying to gather some ammunition to get him to redo the site. So far, I have:

1) You can't copy any of the text from a flash page.
2) Printing is wonky.

Anything else? What about SEO? How does flash page get treated by the search indexing engines?

I have another one. Flash sucks if you are visually impaired, even a little bit. You can't adjust the font size and none of the disability features built into OS's and browsers works for a Flash page.

Flash is garbage to optimize for the search engines. I think the only webmasters that still use it is for movie companies.

I found out the customer used Wix.com. I'd never heard of it before but basically it's a free "build your own" Flash site. For $5.95/mo., they remove their ads from your site. The funniest thing about this - the company is a financial services company with $600 million under management. I had to keep from laughing.
