What's the best way to build websites for clients ?
Hello,
I would like to start building websites for clients, what would be the best way to go about this ? Here are a few questions I would like answears too..

If a customer already has a hosting company how do I send the finished website to there hosting co ? and what programs would I need to do this

and do alot of customers want you to host them ?

What would be the best way to charge ? and rate

I have alot of experience building my own sites but never for a customer yet.
