Best color scheme generator I've found: http://wellstyled.com/tools/colorscheme2/index-en.html

It has lots of options to find matching colors, see how they look on the page, fade the colors to pastel or see how colorblind people would see the colors. Plus it makes a link to the scheme you create which you can bookmark or send to friends for comments.
