How much bandwidth a person uses
how can i figure out how much bandwidth a person uses? is there something i can do with the .htaccess file or something?

In your log files you can see requests by ip address, and then you can calculate the size of the files requested. Stats programs do this.

You should have an admin panel with your hosting account. Typically there is a stats program that provides this data included with your account.
