Designing a Slide Show For Product Sales

I have several applications for a good slide show presentation. My first effort is for my handmade craft items. Once I get this layout and design perfected, I want to use it on my charity site, to showcase products for our sponsors and advertisers. Please take a look at my first effort and let me know what you think. Are the pics the right size? Is the whole thing too plain or is it good this way so it won't detract from the products? Anything I'm forgetting? ALL FEEDBACK WELCOME -- I only have a few hours invested in this, so I can chuck it and start over without crying. TIA.

YIKES! Thanks for looking. What a drag. It works perfectly on both of my machines. Maybe I'd better rethink this project.
