Menu, navigation bar

i am trying to do the same thing with my menu/navigation bar that macromedia is doing on theirs http://macromedia.com/ where you click products for example and it brings up the sub menu of products, etc.

so far i have figured out how to do the popup menus, but those arn't as cool and the others. i think they are using css which i am unfamilar with. so far my designs have had frames, then moved to tables but that is about the extent of my knowledge and i need help desperatly to get my clubs web page put back together after a hacker killed it.

there is an extension for dreamweaver to do that.. i think. i read abt it and seen it sometime ago..
