Favorite Lightweight CMS?

I'm looking to see you all list your favorite lightweight CMS.. which would not include Joomla or Drupal, they are far more sophisticated in regards to their framework.. i'm looking for simplicity

such as "The Secretary CMS" or "CushyCMS"

thanks guys

"Get Simple" and "Simple CMS" I prefer first. "Perch" also very good.

Can I vote for Wordpress? I think its best CMS ever. There are plenty of widgets and plugins available in Wordpress and its really good in SEO too.

I recommend using WordPress as it's free, easily installed, and has many free plugins, and widgets.

Currently it seems that registering for the forum does not work; furthermore there appears to be just two people who are active on the forum - neither is contributing a great deal in the way of discussion.

My hunch is that the two contributors are in fact the same person ...

The CMS itself is barely functional. Can you elaborate on why phpWarmSky would be a good choice?
