We need a definite Contest Forum. I think it would benefit the community and bring a lot of talented designers (not that we don't have any) but more!
I wouldn't have to go anywhere else!

I'd like to see something like CSS garden. Where one index page is provided and everyoine comes up with a CSS file to go with it. I think it is more of a CSS contest then a Web Design one, but it will open up the door for more conversation about CSS usage and design.
I'd just like to see the results from this community more then anything.

I was at the Cre8 24 International Web Design Conference and competition a few weeks back and what they did was give the contestants a topic. And let their minds run free. I am not 100% but I think this years topic was the world in 60 years.
