I really need help guys

this is my site my problem is when you try it to see with msn (dot) com i can see the contact us button dropping can you help me to find out how to fix it,

in firefox looks ok and google chrome.. but not in msn

my sister made this site, but she will not help me anymore because i told her that the site has many errors, so i put the site in this temp domain show to ask for help

like i said, for some reason when you see the site in msn you will see the contact us tab right at the bottom of the home tab, i want to fix it but i just don;t know how i have Dreamweaver if i could get any help form you or maybe another person.
I will appreciate it.

If you have dreamweaver, then its fine because dreamweaver has many features through which you can have your problem fixed. Another thing is that you can use floating either left or right regarding this thing. However this may be not as helping as more members may help. It would be better if you would list a code over here.
