basically, instead of coding a page, you copy and paste some code?

Why is it free? What do they get out of it? What's wrong with the dozens and dozens of free contact forms out there?

Hmm... that's not free any more, it has a Paid version and the Free* one has many limitations.
But I found an other one which is completely Free: http://www.emailmeform.com

Just do one up yourself, look at the many kinds at hotscripts.com
i like the php ones, but there are many html and cgi ones as well.
