If I give to charity (which I do) does that make me a better SEO?

Of course not. However, the question was. "everything they do". Too generic of a statement.

.NET is good but I think PHP's OO has come a long way...it's only a matter of time before it's better than. $.net$ - IMO.

There are some really cool things about PHP that I like but it's no where near what ASP and ASP.NET can do.
Ok, back to topic. Most developers in MN charge between $80 - $150/hr.

do clients really pay 125/hr anymore? I think that's changing pretty rapidly. I subcontract for one firm in KY and they bill me double what they pay me. And I prefer PHP, too

Not over here they don't (UK), I dunno how JamieJelly is charging £60 an hour cos people would laugh at me if i tried that, about £35 (so $70-ish) is more realistic I think and no complaints about that.

honestly, I don't see the point in making over $100/hr on something as (sorry) easy to figure out and do as design/programming. Wouldn't it make more sense for people who actually do helpful stuff, like nurses, etc., to make over $100/hr.
do I really need to make $125/hr? that to me, is just gonna send my job overseas.
