CS Cart

I've been looking around for a php shopping cart system for a while now to replace the god awful OScommerce ones I have installed on my sites. I came across CS Cart. Looks like its based upon OSC and is trying to compete with them. They charge $125 for one license. Just wondering if anyone has installed it or is currently using it and could give me a heads up if its really as good as it looks.

I have constant problems with the osc paypal module, that is my main reason for wanting to switch. People buy things and it either sends the money to my account without telling me what they ordered, or it just sends the money with no other information at all.

If anyone knows of any other PHP based fully configured shopping carts and can vouch for their usability please let me know. Im strongly leaning toward the CS cart at this point, even though its a "per license" one shot deal.

php shopping cart

hey Clyent,

I have developed my own PHP shopping cart software which you can try out on www.organic-fair-trade.com.

I am working to get this software to an "out of the box" state much like the guys who developed CS-Cart. Perhaps we can help each other out.

For you I will offer my shopping cart at a discounted rate. I can help you install it and will even develop custom functionalities for you if you need them. We will need to come to some sort of agreement, of course. My thinking is that any development or changes you need are likely to be desired by future clients, so I consider this fee to be supplemented in the sense that you would be helping me to "market test" my product.

Like CS cart I would offer a money back guarantee. Actually, I will say payment upon satisfaction. Just contact me on my website, www.informationarchitech.com if you are interested.

thanks,

aaron

Thats nice and cheap but I am not a big fan of these tempate driven carts. Thats one reason I always hated OSC. I have heard my share of horror stories as well. I have been working with MaxxFusion Technologies for while now on a few sites and they are great. The work quality is great and the cart is easy to use. I hightly recommend them.
