hey,wich file do i need to edit to change some links on the header menu?

(Faq,search,memberlist ect,...)

The 'header.tpl" file I think it's in the template folder, but i'm not positive.

The file is called overall_header.tpl. You can find it in the template folder, eg templates/subsliver

yeah, thats definetly a good idea. also, try to match what the guy who made the skin did on the top. if he put it in such a type, unless you think it looks crappy, keep it that way (or something like that)
