Where/How do I actually start with a question here?
Basically I am having problems to links to external websites from the website at http://www.keithfearon.com.
Can anybody advise?
I am using Dreamweaver

How do you start a new topic, sorry I keep coming back to the new members forum, but that's the only one where I see 'new topic' icon?

You need to go into the section where you want to post your new topic. It is in the top right above where it says Threads in Forum:
