Help! Text overlapping

I am a self taught web designer and only design for myself. I can't write html but can edit a lot of my own stuff. took me a solid year to understand search engines and keywords, now got another problem, and this time I can't fgure it out and need some expert advice. This is probably an easy fix, just can't figure it out and I feel so dumb asking! When I build my site, from my computer, it looks great, then, I pull it up from another computer, and the text and graphics overlap. How can I set my site to keep the same size text that I created when others view it? Or at least keep it in proportion if they changed their text settings on their end. I use IBM websphere studio homepage builder v6.0. If anyone is familiar with this program, you can give me the easy details otherwise, help me edit the html if that's what it takes. My website is http://www.texaslogopros.com if you need to take a look at it.

Sorry to say but your HTML is extremely hard to read and understand. But it seems like your problem is your DIV elements, the ones containing your website content, are absolute-positioned over one another. I adjusted the font size of Firefox to many extremes and the elements are still overlapping. It looks okay in IE with certain font sizes but then the text is very hard to read.

The best suggestion I can make is to start from scratch with another program, or hire a professional. It seems to me like the program you are using doesn't know how to write HTML or CSS very well. If you are running a business, investing a few hundred or thousand dollars into professionally done website could be extremely beneficial for selling your products.
