Send a message via MSN to Foxtrck
I believe you can use Jscript to keep refreshing the site but it is so annoying to do it.

Hmm you can try this: <BODY onLoad=window.setTimeout("location.href='next-page.html'",10000)>

The trailing 10000 = 10 sec
If you want to refresh the same page just input the same page in location.href

But like everyone has said, it's a pain to the visitor when the page changes without their doing it. Why do you want to automatically refresh the page anyway?
