Cpanel Fantastico question about templates

Hi all,

When I typed in the site for the link into google, their website came up, does that mean I'd get all the templates on the site for Fantastico users for free ?

I'm not sure how all this works, I figured if the templates were free with the cpanel, I could experiment with them. This is a copy and paste of what it has in Fantastico about it:

Short description: Use Templates Express to install static templates to your website. You will need to use FTP and edit the html files, replacing the default text with your own text. Standard information like title, name, address and similar will be collected during installation and placed into the installed template in the appropriate locations.
