Photo Gallery Scripts
Anybody have any suggestion on what kind of photo or picture gallery software is the best? I use Gallery myself (oh yea, how generic of a title could you get?), and it's pretty good, but I don't think it's a very efficent program (despite being the staple for any powerful picture user). So far, all the choices I've seen are Frontpage Gallery, Gallery, Coppermine, and eGallery. Some of these are imbedded into PHP-Nuke or PostNuke, which I don't mind too much.

I use 4images, for instance here: http://www.bali-pictures.com/
Skins, can be integrated with phpBB (never did it though), and can be made SE friendly....

That is the gallery i fancy the most, sorry about my british slang, i am good friends with some english exchange students and they are wearing off on me. I used that gallery on the portfolio of my latest site, http://www.digitaleinstein.com, As you can see it can be skinned pretty easily and it is good for clients who want to upload the pictures. I recommend it.

My favorite, too. Better yet, it's opensource!

One of the main things I did not like about the opensource gallery script was its inablity to establish quotas. It has a permissions system so you can setup multiple users and they can have power to create and modify their albums alone but there is no real control facility to limit the file upload size's or the total amount a person can upload.
