how do i link the button not the box??

Hi,
I need help with something. how do i make the 'click here to start' button a hyperlink? I want that button to go to another page. i only know how to make the whole box a link but i only want the button?

the button im talking about is in box where is says 'make the right choice'

im an amature not really good on coding so if someone can tell me how to do it i would appreciate it....

another option is to slice out the button as a second image, then use the original as a background image and place the sliced out button on top of this.
