layer ahhhhh

alright here is the we go! if my background is centered and i have an image as my background how do i get a layer to stay in one plae and not move when screen size is adjusted? thanks for the replys

I'm not exactly clear on what you are trying to do. You want the background to stay in the same place or something placed over it?

You could use absolute positioning.
