Access to a program through web

Hi,
I am wondering if this is possible. I am going to have subagents going to my website, I want them to be able to access a licensing program that is sitting on my server. I do not want them to download the program, only to run it and get the info they need. Anyone know if that is possible? and if so how I would go about doing it?

I do this with a simple .ini file and that way people can use the program and the services but you can control the program access.

Could you expand on that a little bit or send me to a tutorial that would help me. I have never heard of an .ini file

I should have read more closely. Sorry I thought you meant DOWNLOADED program.

My suggestion is dont waste time with a license. Do a feed off of your server, pulled from a database and that way anyone with membership can access your program, with no other worries.
