Developer for Search Engine?

Hi,

We are currently looking for a developer who could work on a new project for us. Could anyone here recommend a developer who has experience with search engine algorithms? We are looking to possibly further engineer a public use algorithm to work more specifically for our needs on a new project.

I have worked on this before.

http://www.search-eh.ca it is developed by me. But the client didn't wanted the algos in it. So it is just sorted by first come first serve basis.

I can integrate algos in it too. And yes this can be a costly solution.
