IE is making one image giant

Check it out, close IE then load http://www.thehouseoffilm.uni.cc - what the hell?

The first time you load the site on a clean IE start, it hugely resizes the headerlines.jpg image. Same with when you refresh at all. However, after the first load, if you just click the address bar and press enter, it is completely normal.

I attached an image to show and also the segment of code below that has the headerlines.jpg image. Please help.

Works fine on IE6.

I'm assuming this got fixed? It works fine on IE7 also. What was the problem? Did you ever find out?
