Link program?

I am thinking of starting a link exchange site (like link manager kinda) for gambling sites. Anyone know of a program out there that would allow webmasters to list their sites, categories them, ect? I am not looking to spend big money since this will be a free site anbd won't make money until it's attractive to sponsors.

I suggest you make your own as it is not hard at all. Just in HTML and with a PHP or CGI mailing form.

You should be able to find some good scripts at hotscripts.com I like the directory search. i use it for many of my sites.
