I have been looking for some blogging software that I can host on my own web server but there are so many available. Which ones are the best?

I want CSS design so it is easy to customise

Best thing is to code your own, you can control everything like that. I dont know about any others, only one i used that i didnt make was Fusion News, its quite good.

I probably will code my own when I get some time but at the moment especially with exams in 2 weeks I just want something quick.
