It's about new Internet applications, more interactivity in websites, with ajax javascript etc, big hype, not really definable. There's also a web2.0 "graphic style" with use of reflections, gradiants etc. also not really definable.

To me, I think it's all hype. As long as your site is user-friendly, that's all that matters at the end. Some say using ajax makes it 2.0, some say user-content management makes it web 2.0... to me, I don't really care as long as the end user is happy~
