Hey everyone.. I have a few questions

I installed a few scripts on my site and i was wondering would i be able to use a template also with these scripts and if so where would i find one that works. Would i have to write the template myself? where would i put the template inside the script or in a certian file or folder? ugh so confused! any help is needed... a link to a tutorial about it would help soo much.. thanks
