directories showing up http://www.ky9.org and http://www.ml6.org/ wen i click them keeps sayin web page not found

I guess I would recommend calling your web hosting company and asking then.

The sites do appear for me, but they are loading extremely slowly. That could be due to the fact that the server's resources are overloaded, or it could also be that the bandwidth of the hosting company is limited in some sense.

Check out with your hosting company, as Cricket suggests.

the directories work on my mates pcs he keeps saying its my isp i contacted them they said they dont block sites

try to delete your web history folder;cookies;temp files
sometimes work...
