Unzip the file and upload everything within it.

You can compress your files with the winrar rather than zip.... It has much compressed capability than that winzip....

Download rar archiver here

Yes, you simply open it. If you right click on the zip file it should show an option to unzip (open it). It will ask you where to place the files within it. Make sure it places the files where you can find them.

That IE icon is the default file icon that Windows will display for html files. Why do you need to change it?

You have no idea what a pc (computer) is, don't you ?

you are so right....(it seems that I forgot that)

@cher:
- see if your cpanel has this option (to zip your files); if not, you have to download your files through the ftp (in internet explorer)
- I use a microsoft product witch connects to my web site and I manage the files myself so I don't use my cpanel to much...

Make sure your index file is named index.html or index.php and not just "index", it needs an extention, can be .htm, .html or .php
