What do you think is the fair salary for this kind of job?

An experienced programmer who would do offshore work for a US company with a long term contracting work from home, 9 hours per day, 5 days per week. The position requires a minimum 3 years experience with knowledge on JAVA, SQL and Tomcat.

I work for a large web design company. For that level of programming I would go no less than 20/hr just based on the sql. Depending on the type of work it could go up from there of course. I'd have to have a little more specifics to know. It is about what we pay our in office guys that do that type of work though.
