Best Request for Proposal Size
Based on your experience: What size Request for Proposal Form is best?

Short Form (usually just name, email, contact phone number, comments)
Long Form (usually full contact information, size of project, features, budget, etc..)

Why do you think so? (ie. Is one Better or More Effective?)
