Something nice for writing Quotes and Proposals for new clients. I can do it in excell and I have an invoce progeam that will work but I was hoping to find a nice small, yet clean program that will work for quick "quotes" for work.

Hello Everyone,

I am new here... I was lurking around and decided to join this forum as it looks informative and helpful.. some of you might recognize me from a few other forums.

I think proposals are very important when approaching a client. They help to clearly define what you will do for a client and what you will get paid for. They also help to make you more profitable and land more sales.

I started using proposals for my web business and it helped me to better deal with those clients who wouldn't pay on time... if at all, and it also helps deal with the client who constantly makes changes here and there back and forth. Wasting your time and making the job a loss instead of a profit.

Before using proposals, I learned the hard way when I did a site for a photographer quoting him on a 12 page site that turned into over 40 pages, that were constantly changed back and forth for months... until I finally figured out he was stalling on paying and I became fed up with his stalling tactics...

I will try to find out more information on this for everyone, I had a lot of bookmarks but can't find them right now. I do recommend using Web Site Proposal Software if you are web designer or developer serious about making a profit and looking professional.... you can read an article on it at my site.

This is great software that I use myself. If you really want to purchase it a good way to get a discount is to sign up as an affaliate and buy it through your own link. Thats what I did...

I also want to mention there is a big demand for this software and of all the affiliate programs I have joined this has been the most profitable for me.
