Lightbulb Good Template w/ User Interface

I am a website designer, and write in PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, etc, and work with Flash and Dreamweaver too.

Designing a website from scratch gets pricey with customers who want a place that THEY can update the website themselves.

Do you know of any good templates that have some type of Admin panel for my clients to update the website themselves? Rather than reinventing the wheel, I would like to find a good, modifiable template for customers in need of something cheap.

Do you mean something like a content management system? We have something like that. PM me.

Maybe so...

Content management, yes... something of that sort. I've looked into Joomla, but I am interested in something even a bit more basic. Take a look at www.pmcbilling.com. Many companies in our town want a simple website such as this, and they also want to be able to simply edit the content, and maybe add a page every once in awhile.

Do it on a host with Frontpage Server Extentions - tell them to buy Frontpage or EW and let them mess it up.

Drop in a page called Blank.htm and tell them to "save as" when they make a new page.
Later you can go in and clean up the seo for them.

Front page extensions hasn't been supported for 5 years.

Any FrontPage newer than 2002 will not work with FPSE.
