What order form do you suggest?

Hello everyone, I am working on a new site that offers web design, SEO, link submission, script installation, and host promotion services. I have been looking for a good script that I can use for the order form. The only ones I have experience with are for web hosting, but I would rather try something else for this project.

For all of you designers out there, what script can you recommend to use for the above services?

One that is secure and made by you. It's a daunting task for some, but it really is very simple to make. If you know the basics and would like additional help, reply here (not in PM please) and I'll assist you further.

I use custom forms that email me service requests from my website. I can tell if they are from real people or bots immediately. I just filter the crap and fulfill the requests of the ones from sincere people. If someone orders something with your email form, they won't know they emailed you.. then when you get the request, reply with a PayPal payment request and you're good to go!

I found the code I use from some tutorial site that gave the basics and I have elaborated on it over the years.. I can assist you as well.
