A Partner of our company has been contracted to design a website for one of her clients and has found herself bogged down and not able to complete the project in an acceptable amount of time. So now she has hired me to finish the content implementation part of the site. It will probably take all day today and maybe a little of tomorrow to complete it, which is not really a big deal, however when she sent me the already designed files.......

the design looks like crap!!! Seriously, it's horrible... it's all blocky and no feel or depth to it at all. That's where my dilema comes up... should I do the project that she's asking for... be apart of this horrible site and not say anything about the design. Or should I offer to help redo everything. The answer MIGHT be obvious, BUT she's a new web designer that is trying to get her feet in the door, and I don't see her as one of the types that accepts Constructive Critism well. What do ya'll suggest?
