What does transfering large files use (beside bandwidth)?

I was wondering what it costs to transfer lots of files that are about 4-5 megabytes. I want to host all the flash games for my sites on one server to even out the load on my sites.

So in order of the most used resource for transferring files, what is used? Also, please rate 1-10 -- 10 being used a lot and 0 being not effected at all what-so-ever.

Example:
1. Bandwidth 10 (I know this much)
2. Memory #?
3. CPU #?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

1. If you'll store the files on someone else's server why would you be interested in Memory an CPU ? In BW you should be more interested..

2. If you'll store the files on your own server, just check the "Task Manager". It will tell you everything about Memory and CPU...
