Vertical rendering of background image Firefox/IE

Hello all,

I have noticed that when placing a background image within a div that there's a good 20 or so pixel vertical difference between how Firefox and IE render it. IE renders it how it looks in Dreamweaver, while Firefox renders the background image higher. Any way to work around this? I'm using a background image to frame some HTML and the difference is causing me trouble. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a background-position set on it ?

Hi Stewart,

Yes, I am using a CSS rule for the div and the background image has values set for both vertical and horizontal positions. Any ideas? Thanks, Scott
