Frames prob IE6

I'm having a little problem with tables. The following site http://students.charleshays.net/~mckee (still under heavy construction, just a testing spot) there is the main page, and the link 'hours'. Both these pages have the same widths set for the tables, but when viewed in IE6 the table kinda shifts. As far as I can tell its due to the image, but its much smaller than the cell it's in. It works fine at home on IE5.5 though. Any help? The only work around I could think of was to have a transparent graphic the same width on the other pages, but thats kinda hokey.

You have tried to access the students.charleshays.net domain.
It does point to this server, but we do not provide Web Access to this domain.

I don't understand your problem. It seems fine to me. I am using IE6.

Thanks for your patience everyone. Perhaps you can see what I mean in the following screen shots

the first picture the left cell is apx 169 pixels wide, the second its apx 184 pixels wide. Actually neither of these values are what I specified in my td width, which was 200

The systems I'm having the problem on are windows 2000 pro boxes running IE6 with all the updates. These are the computers that really need to display the site, so its pretty crutial that it displays properly on them.

Try setting the image's margins to 0. That might work.

I can't seem to find any info about margins for img tags. I did however make a white image the same width of that other one, it seems to have fixed my problem good enough, I've spent enough time on this. Anyway, thanks to everyone who took the time to read this topic. I'm sure I'll be back soon with more questions

You didn't supply a width for the table.

Try that.

you have the widt of the table set to 750 and the to cells put together gives 850, you also have to take in account that the default table have a cellpadding of 1 and a cellspacing of 2 plus the border of 1
