Multi-Country eCommerce? How? What? Where?

I could really use your suggestions on a new project I'm starting.

1. Client wants to sell products online to America, Canada, and UK

2. He wants each country to see the prices that only correspond to each country (i.e. America sees U.S. dollars, Canada sees Candadian Dollars, UK sees etc.)

3. He needs for each country to have a different set of shipping rules.

4. He wants regular visitors to the site to be able to pay by credit card and
he wants distributors who shop have the ability to be "billed" for purchases.

5. Three different pricing structures for the three levels of distributors.

I've used miva for a bunch of other stores, so if worse comes to worse, I know I can just have six different stores (US customer, US distributor, Canada customer, etc.). But is there a more effecient cost effective solution? Could you guys point me in the right direction? Does anybody have any experience with this?

Have you looked at www.oscommerce.com?

#5 could be difficult, though.

I've actually posted on some other forums and that's what everyone suggested. I was just trying to see if there were any other solutions out there as alternatives. Got any suggestions? Thanks.
