Picture & Video Submission Question

Hi guys,

I would like to add an area in my site for members to be able to submit pictures and videos for public view. Is there software, etc. out there that would give them the ability to load their files in the standard "Browse" button format?

Or will I have to create this feature myself?

Do you know any langauges, VegasFD, i.e. javascript/c#/vb.net? If so you could use Visual Studio 2005 and use it's fileUpload component or the catalogImportZone component. It's got some good built-in COM that will help you a lot with this: load it into a database using one of the above-mentioned COM's and then display the required data using ASPData components... just an idea,
