Flash Chat Room being froze at will.
Hello:

My son visits the following chat room: http://www.nobox.net/emails/verizon/winkworld/chat.html

While he is chatting some guy who claims to be a hacker threatens to freeze the chat room and all of a sudden he freezes it at will .

Can you tell me what is this person doing or using in order to freeze the chat room?
