Free Lance with escrow need recommendation

I need a recommendation for a website where I can find a freelancer and would likely receive a reasonable bid. I want a site that offers an escrow service.

I am already registered with Elance but have not received bids for this project. I registered with GetaFreelancer and received 2 identical bids that were way above what I consider reasonable for completing an integration using existing software. I received acceptable bids at Scriptlance. However, after I transfered funds from my PayPal account, faxed them copies of my US Passport, Florida Drivers License and Thai Work Permit I received an email stating, "Your deposit of $50.00 (8NP43257WE4701052) was denied and refunded. It may not have passed our fraud screening. Please contact ScriptLance support if you have any questions." I sent a follow up email and called the number listed in the Whois. They refuse to actually talk to people and prefer to hide behind email. I doubt I will receive an answer to my email requesting a reason for their refusal to accept my payment and apparent blacklisting. A completely uncivil operation in my opinion.

Are there any other sites with an escrow service I can try?
