frames
I hate using frames, i dont know why but i have never put a frame in any of my website. Its like a page in a page, eating excessive bandwidth!! What do you think of frames? Do you use them? What for?

depend on the use... but i prefer not to use it as much as possible.. though there are some site that use frames and still have a good rankings... and just like what you say it can cause some issue.. even in search engines..
