Good day everyone I would like to create something similar to the design tool above but I don't know anything about it or how it was made. I like how it compiles a price quote on the fly and allows for easy creative expression. I would like a few of my questions answered please. First what language was this coded in? Javascript? How many hours would it take a professional programmer to make something like this? Any other information about this tool would be greatly appreciated! Thank you very much.

It'd be better (opinion) in Flash. I hate flash, but ultimately you'd have better performance and endless options.
