I see both sides.

When I first saw it I really liked it.
But as I continued on it started to lose my attention. fast.

I dont like were the yellow column on the right.

Yeah, I didn't like it too ... But lets leave the designing aspect ...

I want opinions from you as a potential customer ... does it have the visual impact for what it is trying to sell? Did it create an impression that you might remember it?

robert adams is liked by many
all it did was aggravate me. I hate having to scroll to the side at 800x600 just to read and click on menu items, the menus should be on the left side so that you don't have to scroll sideways to see them

Also, I hate to think how long it would take to load at 56k

I like the color... overall, I think it was done well, but I can see how it would load slowly, and if it doesn't fit in 800x600, that would annoy me if I were using it... but to me, it looks pretty good (and I agree this should be in web review)

my first impression was confusion, took me a few seconds to figure out what the site was about...and once i did i didn't feel the design was strong enough to compel me to continue looking around. if i were your average visitor, it wouldn't leave enough of an impression on me to want to come back.

As a potential customer I didn't have much problem with it. No scrolling on my screen and the information was there. I thought it was functional and professional enough.

That's as a potential customer though - someone looking superficially for the info I need. As a designer I might have had kittens, but as a customer I'm used to seeing a lot worse than this.

In any case I think "so lush and beautiful" is overstating it a bit.

I like it, but the first photo is 'inside' the house and her surname is Sheets - my first impression was that they sold soft furnishings (sheets, curtains, furniture, pillows, etc).

If you make the fact that they sell houses more obvious, then you're onto a winner.

Has her face been Photoshopped? She's looking too lush and beautiful for her 'advanced years'.
