Image sharing site (Similar to deviantart) script.

I want something that is pretty much along the lines of deviant art, or something like youtube (but specifically for pictures, not videos). Needs to allow users to upload pics, add captions, comment on pics and rate pics. And it should feature a page that can include things like "most popular pics, newest pics, etc".

Something that fits all or most of those needs is what I'm looking for. Or, if possible, is there some other way of going about doing this. Maybe making a blog, and adding certain plugins that will do the same thing, or installing a forum with certain addons.
